Talk About Something Amazing

Lots happening on Thursday! The morning started with Jeff and Mark Kupferman from Six Flags giving a fast-paced, informative talk on using analytics more effectively. Slides will be available soon if you missed it!

We had about 70 people in the audience. For such an early session, it was great to see them staying attentive throughout the presentation.

After another great day on the floor, it was time for the big event as Universal Studios rolled out the red carpet (literally) and welcomed us to the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Diagon Alley.

It was a bit chilly but they turned up the heat a bit:

Turns out getting into Gringott's bank vault involved quite the subterranean journey:

Luckily we escaped unscathed; we were rewarded for our journey with delicious Butterbeer ice cream:

The themeing in even the building windows was nothing short of spectacular:

The original Hogsmeade / Hogwarts castle area was also open, but to get there one had to take a train from London:

Platform 9 3/4!

Our director of business development Scott Brown agrees — this was one amazing IAAPA event:

That's all for this week! On Monday I'll do a quick show recap and talk about a lot of things we learned by talking to our booth guests this week.

Cheers!
-Jeff
